Top secret food diary

In an effort to keep more on track with my food, I will post my food intake every day:

Today:
Breakfast
1 mango
1 cup cereal
1/2 cup skim milk

Snack:
non fat iced latte
zuchinni bread - 1 slice

Lunch:
1 cup vegetable stew


Dinner:
Boca burger with english muffin, tomato, onion, and marinara sauce
